Since the birth of my younger brother, this Chinese clay pot has been in the family. This pot is used to make the ginger and vinegar. The pot has been 50+ years old, and it has served us for three generations that includes my brother, sister, our children, and our grandchildren. In our tradition, every woman who has finished confinement needs to consume ginger and vinegar; this pot also undertakes the tradition of our three generations and fulfills its mission. Recently, my granddaughter was born, and once again saw its appearance, and a former scene once again emerged.
